How do I get my receiver installed?
Fixed Wireless receivers are installed either indoors or outdoors. Once you qualify for service through wireless-trailrunner.com/, we will determine what equipment is best suited for your location to ensure you are receiving the best quality service possible.
How can I optimize my bandwidth?
- Turn off devices when they are not in use to prevent background apps from running.
- The number of connected devices will impact speeds, so power-down devices that do not need a constant connection.
- Check your cell phone to see if it’s using data in the background when connected to the network.
- Keep in mind that standard definition videos use approximately 1GB of data an hour and high-definition videos can use up to 3GB per hour.
How do I know how much data I am using?
Access the account portal and select the “Data Usage” button on the left-hand side of the home screen.
What if I am a part-time resident?
Trailrunner offers an LTE Seasonal Plan. Users must use the LTE Unlimited service plan for at least 6 months of the year to qualify.
