ACP Affordable Connectivity Program

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to help families and low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices.

The Affordable Connectivity Program will provide a discount of $30 per month towards broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount per household.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is temporary and will expire when funds are exhausted or six months after the Department of Health and Human Safety Services (HHS) declares the end of the COVID-19 health emergency.

If you believe you qualify for this program, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Apply with the FCC
Please visit https://acpbenefit.org/ and follow the instructions to verify your household’s eligibility. After you apply, the FCC will share the results with you. Trailrunner Wireless cannot complete this step for you.

Step 2: Complete Trailrunner Wireless Enrollment Form
Once you have received your approval from the FCC, complete the form below with all required information.*
*Please note: It is important that you use the same email and contact number to complete both the Trailrunner Wireless enrollment form and the https://acpbenefit.org/ application.

Step 3: Agree to Terms
Acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions to receive this benefit.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation Email
Once Trailrunner Wireless has received confirmation of your eligibility via the National Lifeline Accountability Database we will process the discount and you will receive an email confirmation.

New Customers:
If you are looking for broadband coverage with Trailrunner wireless and feel you are eligible for the benefit, you should apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program via https://acpbenefit.org/ (step 1 above). You should then sign up as a new user for Trailrunner Wireless at wireless-trailrunner.com. After you finish setting up your new account with Trailrunner, follow steps 2-4 above.

By completing this enrollment form and checking the box that says I agree to these terms, I acknowledge and certify to the following:
I authorize Trailrunner, LLC to transmit the information I have provided in my enrollment form for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to the Universal Service Administrative Company and the National Lifeline Accountability Database to verify my eligibility to enroll my household to receive benefits under the ACP, and to use such information in its administration of the service.
I understand that my household may obtain broadband service supported by the ACP from any participating provider of its choosing.
I understand that my household may transfer its ACP benefit to another provider at any time.
I understand I must provide a request to remove household from the ACP under Trailrunner, LLC. I can call 207-761-4286.
I understand that only one ACP-supported service is permitted per household and certify that no other member of my household is receiving an ACP-supported service

I agree that completing the enrollment form and by checking the box that says I agree to the terms shall have the same force and effect as a signature affixed by hand.
By taking these actions, I acknowledge and certify each of the items set forth above, understand that the ACP is a temporary government program that reduces the customer’s broadband internet access service bill, and opt-in and agree that my household will be subject to Trailrunner, LLC undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions at the end of the program unless I choose to terminate service in accordance with its terms.
