Trailrunner Broadband Internet has unveiled its next-generation broadband service, powered by Tarana Wireless, which will reach customers in rural parts of New Hampshire.

Residents in more rural communities of New Hampshire will soon have access to ultra-high-capacity, high-speed broadband technology, thanks to the launch of Trailrunner Broadband’s upgraded high-speed network. The upgraded service will reach customers starting in North Stratford. There will be 11 site locations upgraded by the end of 2025.

The existing Trailrunner network utilizes standard 4G LTE Cellular technology. When initially creating your customer account, you must choose the Unlimited Plan to start out. However, if the Seasonal Plans have caught your eye, do not worry, you won’t be billed immediately. After creating your account, simply contact our customer service team to choose which Seasonal Plan you would like to use.

The 12-Month Cycle

Our 12-month customer cycle is designed to provide maximum flexibility. Here are the requirements for our Seasonal Plans

  • You have to be on the Unlimited Plan for at least 6 months.
  • Depending on your needs, you can either stay on the Unlimited Plan or switch to one of our Seasonal Internet Service Plans.

Should you need to switch plans at any point, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you. Once your 6 months on a Seasonal Plan have concluded, our team will automatically change your plan over to the Unlimited option and email you with a notification about the change. If you ever have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to get in touch.

Billing Transitions

Trailrunner’s efficient billing system ensures that you are not overpaying when you switch between plans. If you move from the Unlimited Plan to a seasonal option, you will receive a credit for the difference you already paid for the remainder of that month. This credit will be automatically applied to your subsequent bills. If you decide to revert to the Unlimited Plan midway, you will only be billed for the difference for the rest of that month.

Choosing The Right Seasonal Plan*

Off-Season Basic Plan: This plan is straightforward and perfect for those who know they’ll only need minimal usage during a certain period. This is the best option for those with camps and vacation home rentals that are utilized for 6 months or less and require minimal data usage.


Off-Season Zero Plan: At first glance, this plan might seem puzzling. Why pay when you are not using the service? With our equipment stationed at your location, there are costs to maintain its availability. Additionally, this provides a more cost effective option. By paying a monthly fee of $19.95 for 6 months (that’s $119.70 in total), it is much more economical than having to pay a $400.00 reinstallation fee should you choose to uninstall and then reinstall the equipment within the same year.
