*To be eligible for either Off Season plan (Off Season Basic or Off Season Zero) you must be an Unlimited Plan customer for a minimum of 6 months per every
12-month period.
**In the event you terminate your service and purchase service again within 1 year, you will be charged a $400 equipment re-installation fee.
***There will be a one-time non-refundable activation charge of $100 for every new subscriber when their service is activated.
FAQs
If your address qualifies for Trailrunner, you will be eligible for the Unlimited Plan with the option to switch to the Off-Season Basic Plan or Off Season Zero Plan for up to 6 months of the year.
There is no minimum amount of time you can be on an Off Season Plan but there is a maximum amount of time of 6 months.
We designed the Off Season Basic Plan with our subscribers in mind who may still require a small amount of data to run necessities while away from their properties. The Off Season Basic Plan still offering up to 25 GB of data monthly for a lower cost than our regular Unlimited Plan. Pay less while you’re away from your property but still have the data you need!
